Braniva (“Agency”). By engaging with our services, the
Client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the conditions described below.
1. General Policy
Braniva provides specialized brand management, social media, and performance marketing services
tailored to each client. As such, fees paid are generally non-refundable except in specific cases
outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- If services have not commenced after payment, the client may request a full refund within
7 business days of payment.
- If partial services have been delivered, refunds will be prorated based on the value of work completed.
- No refunds will be granted for services already delivered, campaigns executed, or third-party costs incurred
(e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions).
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Setup fees, consultation charges, and administrative costs are strictly non-refundable.
- Third-party expenses such as advertising costs, licensing, or vendor charges cannot be refunded once committed.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Support@braniva.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
through the original payment method.
- Braniva reserves the right to deduct applicable processing charges or bank fees.
5. Disputes
In case of disagreement regarding a refund, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably.
If unresolved, the matter shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction outlined
in our Terms & Conditions.
