1. General Policy

Braniva provides specialized brand management, social media, and performance marketing services tailored to each client. As such, fees paid are generally non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • If services have not commenced after payment, the client may request a full refund within 7 business days of payment.
  • If partial services have been delivered, refunds will be prorated based on the value of work completed.
  • No refunds will be granted for services already delivered, campaigns executed, or third-party costs incurred (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions).

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Setup fees, consultation charges, and administrative costs are strictly non-refundable.
  • Third-party expenses such as advertising costs, licensing, or vendor charges cannot be refunded once committed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Support@braniva.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
  • Braniva reserves the right to deduct applicable processing charges or bank fees.

5. Disputes
